Agreement to terms

By installing or using the ReplyGenie Chrome extension or visiting replygenie website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

ReplyGenie is a Chrome browser extension that integrates with Gmail and Outlook Web to provide AI-generated email reply suggestions, email summaries, and writing templates. The Service includes a free tier and a paid Pro tier (coming soon).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ReplyGenie. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ReplyGenie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing emails, or any unsolicited mass communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the extension beyond normal use
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to access systems, servers, or data that you are not authorised to access

Free plan and usage limits

The free plan includes 10 AI-generated email replies per day and 5 email summaries per day. These limits reset at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate free plan accounts that show patterns of abuse, such as using multiple accounts to circumvent limits or using the Service in automated workflows not intended for individual use.

Pro plan and waitlist

The Pro plan is currently under development. By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in the Pro plan and agreeing to receive one notification email when it launches. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or commitment.

Pro plan pricing, terms, and features will be communicated before launch. We reserve the right to modify Pro plan offerings before the official release.

Intellectual property

The ReplyGenie name, logo, extension code, website design, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to ReplyGenie. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business use.

The email replies generated by the AI are provided to you for your use. You own the final emails you send — we make no claim to content you generate using the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time, error-free, or that AI suggestions will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyGenie and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or reputation.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not paid anything).

Third-party services

ReplyGenie integrates with Gmail and Outlook Web (Microsoft). Your use of those platforms is governed by Google's and Microsoft's respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Microsoft.

Modifications to the service and terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the extension or email where possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
